Massload offers rugged and reliable solutions to construction weigh applications such as lifting and vehicle check weighing.
Massload manufactures a range of heavy duty wireless tension links and wireless load shackles for lifting, loading and for operational safety.
Tension link capacities range from 10,000 lbs to 250,000 lbs.
Wireless load shackle capacities range from 8.5 t to 55 t. Shown below is 17 t load shackle.
Massload’s axle pad scale solutions are ideal for measuring vehicle loads entering or leaving construction sites. Ideal for monitoring and verifying construction materials.
The auto weighing function uses a remote stop/go traffic light to signal driver when axle weight is captured and to proceed to next axle.
Full truck-in/truck out capability includes Vehicle ID capture, data logging, axle weights, gross, tare and net vehicle weights using the Massload Advanced Weigh Scale software (MAWS).
Massload also provides portable wheel scales to facilitate hand portable vehicle weigh options.
All systems come with Wireless capability.

NBSCIA purchased a four piece set of Ultraslim LCD to allow two axle weighing. Staff could transport the Ultraslims in their personal vehicles.
Units were easy to level and the digital key pad was easy to read, even in sunlight.
NBSCIA found the scales to be accurate compared to harvest yield monitors and highway scales.

I wanted to pass on a thank-you from my customer EMS-Tech. Specifically to Marc but also to the others at Massload that were involved but I didn't deal with directly.
Last fall EMS-Tech bought a pair of custom ML-700s to measure cable tension for the winches that manipulate the loading spout at a grain terminal.
All was going well until about 5 weeks ago, when an operator at the terminal bypassed the safety mechanism, overloaded and broke the tension link as well as some other equipment. EMS-Tech has been under a lot of pressure from their customer to put the grain terminal back into service ASAP.
Marc & Massload made every effort to ensure that the custom ML-700 was delivered on time as promised.
Originally, the ML-700 was to be shipped via UPS Express but when Marc found out that UPS could not guarantee delivery, he hand delivered the equipment to Fedex. This saved at least two days and provided the time needed to configure & calibrate the electronics before handing the equipment over to EMS-Tech for installation and commissioning.

We purchased a set of axle pads several years ago and they are very accurate and convenient. When one of the load cells failed, ( I suspect operator abuse, truck slamming on the brakes) Ryan in tech support was amazingly patient, professional and helpful in the diagnostic process. He went above and beyond to help us get the problem resolved.
Our scale was up and running very quickly and is a very useful tool on our farm again.
*Just a side note, the more picky you are regarding the ground work under and ramps leading on and off the pads the more accurate they’ll be. We put a concrete pad underneath them and a level approach and departure ramp for weighing super B’s and are within 10-40 kg consistently of all the other certified scales in our area.
